Mike Weaver leads the Florida Panthers in blocked shots with 61. The Panthers are having a big year as they stand on top of the Southeast Division standings and are third overall in the East. One reason for that is the ability to block shots getting through and Weaver has been the Panthers best. "You don't think about getting hurt,'' Weaver said. "That's what we get paid to do, block shots, sacrifice your body out there. Some job responsibilities of a secretary are tough. They get paper cuts. We get bumps, bruises and broken bones." Weaver has only nine assists with a minus-one rating so unless blocked shots are a category you use, he has no fantasy value.
