Mike Smith was nearly unbeatable against the New York Islanders on Saturday night in the Phoenix Coyotes' 5-1 win. Smith was actually the busier goaltender, making 31 saves in his first win in three starts since coming back from a groin injury suffered Dec. 20 -- though he's only given up five goals in those games. The netminder's only blemish came midway through the first period while the Isles were on the man advantage. Smith's record improved to 16-11-4, and he now has a 2.43 goals-against average and .922 save percentage.
