Mike Smith turned aside 40 shots, but it wasn't enough as Phoenix fell to Philadelphia 2-1 on Thursday. Smith has been great this season, finally living up to his starters potential. He has been a pleasant surprise for fantasy owners who took a gamble on him in the late stages of the draft. He is well on his way to enjoy a career year under Dave Tippett's sound defensive system. He should be owned in all leagues.
