Mike Richards (upper body) has been officially placed on the injured reserve list. This is just an FYI as we already reported that the Kings would eventually take this step. The Kings haven't revealed the exact nature of Richards' injury, but it looked like he was hit in the head by Tampa Bay's Sean Bergenheim on Thursday. Stay tuned.
