Mike Hoffman skated with Kyle Turris and Bobby Ryan at Monday's practice. He was brought up from the minors Monday and the Senators look like they'll give him an immediate opportunity to make an impact. "I've got to come up here and play well, play consistent, and I've got to produce," Hoffman said. "It's another time for me to prove myself, and I think I'm ready. It's all about confidence."
