Mike Hoffman re-injured his collarbone last week and will be out indefinitely. Hoffman broke his collarbone earlier in the year while playing in the minors. He missed two months with the injury, but it's not clear yet whether Hoffman simply aggravated the injury or fractured the bone again. Either way, it sounds like it'll be a long time before Hoffman is back on the ice.
