Michael Frolik sat out on Friday as he is battling the flu. Frolik had missed the last two days of practice with the illness so there was no surprise that he was out of the lineup. He has been seeing fourth line minutes of late after missing some games as a healthy scratch. He has little fantasy value with only five goals and 14 points in 55 games. His minus-10 rating does not help either.
