Michael Frolik knows he hasn't lived up to expectations in the first season of his three-year/$7 million deal. Frolik has five goals and 14 points in 57 games this season. "When they give you the contract you want to be better than I am now," said Frolik. "I know they expect that from me and I know I can be better too. It kind of wasn't me. I don't know what happened, but I want to make sure it's going to be like it was before." He had back-to-back 21 goal seasons in 2008-09 and 2009-10. Maybe he'll bounce back next season, but we wouldn't recommend drafting him in standard leagues next season.
