Matthias scored his first career NHL playoff goal in Sunday's Game 3 loss to Calgary. A good accomplishment for Matthias, but unfortunately it couldn't help the canucks, as they fell 4-2 and are now trailing the Flames 2-1 in the series. Skating on the third line, Matthias is a decent depth scorer who can pot 10-20 goals in the regular season. With just 10 NHL playoff games under his belt, don't expect the 27-year-old third-liner to be a huge difference maker for the Canucks in these playoffs.
