Matt Moulson was warming the bench for the last 26:11 minutes of Buffalo's 6-2 loss to Anaheim on Friday. "It's the most embarrassed I've been in my career," Moulson said. Sabres coach Ron Rolston cited Moulson's effort level as the reason for the benching. Buffalo has been terrible so far this season, but Moulson still has two goals and six points in six games since he was sentenced to them via a trade with the New York Islanders.
