Matt Halischuk has agreed to terms with the Winnipeg Jets. The Jets didn't disclose the terms of the contract. Halischuk had five goals and 11 points in 36 games with Nashville last season. He became an unrestricted free agent after the Predators decided against sending him a qualifying offer.
