Matt Ellis enjoyed his first goal on Friday since early March 2011. Ellis, a wily veteran at the age of 30, scored to help give Buffalo a 5-1 win over Ottawa. With Jochen Hecht and Tyler Ennis out of the lineup it has given Ellis new life on the fourth line. His play is simple in style but effective. For fantasy purposes he is not on the radar however it is a nice story to see.
