Matt Duchene (knee) skated for more than 30 minutes on Tuesday. He said this injury is less severe than a similar MCL sprain he had two seasons ago, but he isn't sure when he'll be available to return. "It helps knowing my body way better than I did the last time I hurt my knee," said Duchene. "It's a process, and I understand the process better this time."
