Matt Bradley has joined Finnish club TuTo, according to the team's website. The Florida Panthers bought out the final year of his contract back in June. He skated in 45 games with the Cats last season and spent the end of the year on the sidelines with a concussion. TuTo plays in Mestis, which is the second-highest level in Finland.
