Mathieu Perreault won't play on Wednesday night. He practiced with the team on Tuesday after spearing himself in the midsection on Monday. He was checked out at the hospital to rule out any internal damage, but he is feeling a little sore. With Jay Beagle ready to return from a concussion, it gives Perreault at least one game off to recovery.
