Mathieu Garon stopped 24 of the 25 shots the Florida Panthers fired his way in a 5-1 win Saturday night. After a standout performance in Tampa's last game, also against Florida, Garon was given a consecutive start. Mathieu Garon has been a very reliable backup, and since the Bolts have a 40 plus year old goalie, he is essential. If he continues to play this well he will continue to earn more starts.
