Mason (lower body) is slated to back up Ray Emery on Tuesday against the Coyotes, Sam Carchidi of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Mason, who has missed the last six games with a knee injury, is thus presumably a candidate to draw the start in net for the Flyers on Thursday against the Jets, barring any setbacks.
