Markstrom will likely start Tuesday's game against the Kings, Brad Ziemer of the Vancouver Sun reports.

The Canucks will be playing their second game in as many days Tuesday, so Markstom will get the start in order to give regular starter Ryan Miller a rest. If Markstrom does start Tuesday he will square off against a Kings squad that has not tallied more than three goals in a game since Nov. 14.
