Marian Gaborik became the first player in NHL history to score a tying goal with less than 10 seecond left in regulation time and then the winning goal in overtime. It was quite the achievement for the fomer Ranger and Wild winger and has elevated Gaborik to cult hero status in LA for the time being. Gaborik will be looking for a contract after the season as he is a UFA and the Kings will no doubt be interested in bringing him back.
