Marc Staal returned to the ice this week for light skating but is still a considerable time away from returning to game action for the New York Rangers. And Pittsburgh superstar Sidney Crosby is advising him not to rush back. "I think (Staal should) be patient. That's the most important thing," said Crosby, who was out with a concussion himself until recently. "There are days you feel really good and there are days it feels you really haven't progressed that much. So you look at the good days as little victories, and you make sure you build on them, but I wouldn't come back until you're 100%. That's my advice; however long it takes, it's worth the wait." Staal was concussed on a check from his brother, Eric, in a game in February against Carolina, but he played out the season before experiencing symptoms during summer workouts.
