Marc Staal (eye) was not on the ice Thursday for New York's optional skate and he didn't speak to the media. Of course, coach John Tortorella chose not to provide an update on Staal's condition. He returned to the lineup in Game 3 but didn't play in Game 4 because he didn't feel comfortable playing through the blurry vision that has plagued him since he got struck near his right eye on March 5.
