Marc Staal didn't participate in Monday's practice due a head injury.
Staal was sent home because he wasn't feeling well. Rangers coach John Tortorella said that Staal was suffering from the same issues that he was Sunday, which means that he's probably still experiencing headaches. Staal sustained a concussion on February 22nd, but he passed a baseline neurological test on Friday. He will sit out of all three of the Rangers' preseason games prior to the Rangers heading to Europe for some exhibition games and their first two regular season contests. "We'll see how he feels and we'll talk tomorrow," Tortorella added. "This is how it's going to be. We're erring on the side of caution." We'll keep you posted.
