Lindback has received the starting nod for Thursday's tilt with the Blue Jackets, Sarah McLellan of the Arizona Republic reports.

Lindback got shelled in his last outing, allowing five goals on 33 shots in an overtime loss to Carolina. The 27-year-old Swede has compiled a 4-5-1 record on the season with a rather ordinary .900 save percentage and a 2.92 GAA. He draws a terrible road matchup Thursday against a Dallas team that scores an average of 3.42 goals per game, by far the best rate in the league. Dallas is currently in first place in the Western Conference.
