Liles tallied an assist and put up six shot attempts in Monday's loss to the Blackhawks. Liles has assists in his last three games, while missing one contest in between due to a lower-body injury. At 34 years old, Liles is well removed from his years of steady 40-point production with the Avalanche in the mid-to-late 2000s, but he still represents one of the better puck movers on a Hurricanes blue line that lacks high-end talent.
