Chychrun beat Alex Nedeljkovic in the first period and gave Thomas Greiss a rude welcome in the second after Detroit made a change in net, getting the puck past Greiss just 55 seconds after he replaced Nedeljkovic. He added a helper as the Coyotes piled on in the third. It's easy to forget that Chychrun led all NHL defensemen with 18 goals in 56 games last season. He got off to a brutally slow start this season, but Chychrun's heating up along with the rest of the Arizona offense, producing three goals and five assists over his last five games.
