Lehtera is dealing with concussion symptoms, Jeremy Rutherford of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports. The nature of Lehtera's injury was previously undisclosed, but it was thought to be an upper-body issue. He can be ruled out for Tuesdays game against the Lightning.
