Kreider scored two power-play goals added an assist at even strength in Tuesday's 5-2 win over the Panthers.
EDGE Analysis
After assisting on Alexis Lafreniere's game-tying goal early in the second period, Kreider streaked to the far post and tipped in a Ryan Strome pass to break a 2-2 tie later in the middle frame. That marker stood up as the winner, but Kreider scored on another deflection -- this time courtesy of a picture-perfect Mika Zibanejad pass -- to give the Rangers a 4-2 cushion in the third. Kreider leads the league in both goals (33) and power-play goals (17), so his selection to the All-Star Game was well earned. That's the only game he'll take part in over the next two weeks, as the Rangers will be off until Feb. 15.
