Kyle Quincey, who Detroit acquired on Tuesday, shouldn't have too much trouble getting settled with the Red Wings. Detroit originally drafted Quincey in 2003 and he was a Black Ace, which is an extra player on the roster during the playoffs, with the Red Wings during their 2008 Stanley Cup run. However, Quincey only 13 games with Detroit before he was lost on waivers in 2008. He has since established himself as a solid and well rounded blueliner. "It's exciting coming back home to where I was drafted and knowing pretty much every single one of those guys on the team," Quincey said. His plus/minus rating should improve thanks to the trade, but he might end up with less playing time with the man advantage.
