Kyle Quincey sent the Avalanche home happy with the game-winning, power-play overtime tally against the Islanders on Thursday night. The Avs were down 3-1 entering the third period and scored three straight goals to win. Quincey was one of three Avs' players to record two-point nights, as he also assisted on Paul Stastny's power-play marker in the second. After his 2010-11 campaign was cut short by shoulder surgery, Quincey is proving to be a very reliable option on defense. He has 11 points in 16 games. Stastny also had an assist, while veteran Milan Hejduk chipped in with a goal and an assist of his own in the win.
