Kyle Clifford is expected to be the Kings' lineup on Wednesday night after he delivered a questionable hit on Phoenix's Gilbert Brule during Tuesday's contest. He will not be suspended after receiving match penalty for the infraction in the third period. Clifford came from behind and delivered a late check that appeared to make contact with Brule's head. Coach Darryl Sutter referred to the play as a "shoulder-to-shoulder hit, nothing more" and he refused to speak further about the incident. Clifford has 97 penalty minutes and 143 hits in 60 games this season.
