Kyle Clifford has been fined by the NHL for a kneeing incident against Edmonton's Ryan Nugent-Hopkins on Sunday. He was slapped with a $2,756.41 fine, which is the maximum that is allowed under the CBA. There was no penalty assessed on the play and Nugent-Hopkins managed to return to the game.
