Kulikov has been reinstated from his suspension and will return Sunday, Harvey Fialkov of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.Kulkov was suspended four games for his hit on the Stars' Tyler Seguin, and those contests have now past. He will likely return to the lineup Sunday, as Shane O'Brien was re-assigned to the AHL.
