Koivu scored a goal on seven shots, added an assist, went plus-2 and picked up two PIM in Tuesday's win over the Blackhawks. The seven shots represent his highest total since Dec. 31, when he also fired seven in a loss to Columbus. Koivu had been held off the scoresheet in three straight coming in, which has been part of a general trend of reduced production. Even with the nice night, he's easily on his worst scoring pace since his rookie season.
