KHL team CSKA will be just as big a competitor for Alexander Radulov's services as any NHL team. Radulov is a restricted free agent, but it's difficult to imagine the Nashville Predators bringing him back. Instead, it'll likely come down to trading his rights to another NHL team or him going back overseas.
