Kevin Poulin will be recalled from Bridgeport of the AHL to back up Islander starting goalie Evgeni Nabokov. The waiving of Rick DiPietro created an opportunity for Poulin, who likely play once every two weeks. The move has not become official as DiPietro has to clear waivers first.
