Kevin Poulin allowed two goals on 15 shots Monday as he earned a victory in a 7-3 defeat of the Stars. Poulin entered the game in the first period with the Isles trailing 1-0 after an injury forced Evgeni Nabokov out of action, but he was between the pipes while his teammates mounted their comeback. His record improves to 6-12-0 as a result and he would be the odds-on favorite for playing time if Nabokov is forced to miss time.
