Justin Schultz was on the ice for all three of the Los Angeles Kings' goals on Thursday. Schultz's plus/minus rating has fallen to minus-21. That negates some of his offensive value, but it's something that should improve in the years to come, in part because the Oilers are likely to eventually start getting moving further away from the NHL's basement.
