Justin Abdelkader scored the game-tying goal for Detroit in their 3-2 shootout loss to Toronto during Wednesday's Winter Classic showdown. "Whether it was 'Go, Leafs go!' or 'Let's go, Red Wings!' it was a lot of fun," he said. "It was better than I ever thought. The elements, the snow coming down the whole game, it was awesome. I couldn't think of a way the experience could've been better, besides winning the game. It was really cool." Abdelkader has scored in his last two outings to give him five on the year.
