Josh Morrissey understands that he's likely to be returned to his junior team in the WHL, but he has enjoyed a strong camp. "I came in just like I'm here to show my best and make the team. Obviously, it's pretty difficult to do as an 18-year-old player," he said. "But when I'm here on the ice or in the weight room that has to be my attitude and my mentality." He wanted to be matched against Alex Ovechkin in Saturday's exhibition game to test and push himself. It's that kind of drive that will get him in the NHL shortly and he has plenty of potential to be successful when he does.
