Josh Harding suffered a lower-body injury Thursday night. The severity of the ailment isn't known yet, but he appeared to hurt his leg in the final 14 minutes of the second period. He didn't play in the third frame and Niklas Backstrom took over as a result. Harding had been excellent since Backstrom strained his right knee, while compiling a 1.00 goals-against average and a .953 save percentage. Consider him day-to-day for now.
