Jose Theodore was solid Thursday night as he stopped 25 of 27 shots en route to a 6-2 win over the lowly Jets. Theo had a surprisingly solid season last year backing up Niklas Backstrom of the Minnesota Wild, finishing the regular campaign with a winning record (15-11-3). Theodore also posted a 2.71 goals-against average and a .916 save percentage in 32 games and is off to a superb start this year posting a 6-2-2 record to go along with solid peripheral numbers.
