Jose Theodore is apparently not over his knee issue and he will be forced to sit some additional time out. The Panthers will recall Brian Foster from the minors to back up Scott Clemmensen in the meantime. Theodore appeared in two games after returning from an 18-day layoff with a strained knee, but it turns out that the injury has continued to linger.
