Jordan Staal and Alex Semin each enjoyed two-point nights in Carolina's 4-2 win over the Islanders on Sunday. Staal and Semin each had a goal and an assist apiece. Staal might not have the goals (four) just yet, but he's proving what he can do with a full top-six slate of ice time, with 14 points in 17 games. Semin's goal was also his fourth, and he has 12 points on the year. Eric Staal and Bobby Sanguinetti had the other goals. Patrick Dwyer chipped in with two assists.
