Jonathan Toews felt honored to be considered for Team Canada's captaincy. Toews was named an alternate captain and Pittsburgh's Sidney Crosby will wear the 'C' at the Sochi Games. Crosby reached out to Toews because he "wanted to make sure it was OK" and the Chicago captain appreciated the gesture. He should provide the team with strong leadership regardless of what letter he has on his jersey.
