John Gilson was sent back to Norfolk of the AHL. Gibson was recalled a few days ago when practicing resumed in the NHL as the Ducks regular goalie Jonas Hiller was not yet back from participating in the Olympic Games. He has a chance to make the Ducks or even start next season as Anaheim still has to decide if he is ready and whether or not to re-sign Jonas Hiller.
