John Gibson excelled in the 2013 World Championship. Gibson had a 1.56 GAA and .951 save percentage in six games to help Team USA capture the bronze medal. He also had a 2.41 GAA and .928 save percentage in 27 OHL regular season games this season. He's worth keeping an eye on during the Ducks training camp, but he won't make the team unless the Ducks trade Jonas Hiller or Viktor Fasth over the summer. In fact it could still be years before he gets regular playing time in the NHL and he'll likely get some seasoning in the AHL first, but he's certainly showing a lot of promise.
