Johan Hedberg's one-year contract with the Devils will earn him $1.25 million. The deal also includes a no-trade clause. Hedberg posted a 15-12-2 record with a .912 save percentage and a 2.38 GAA in 34 games with the Devils last season. He is a capable backup but a healthy Martin Brodeur will limit the amount of the action he sees in 2011-12.
