Jeff Deslauriers made a rare start for the Ducks on Monday night and he picked up his second win of the season in a 5-3 victory against San Jose. He turned aside 27 shots, in his first appearance since Jan. 10, to bring his record to 2-0-0 on the year. Jonas Hiller had started 32 consecutive matches prior to Deslauriers' solid performance versus the Sharks.
