Jean-Sebastien Giguere turned aside 20 of 21 shots in a 1-0 loss Thursday night. Although Giguere has now lost three starts in a row, his efforts on Thursday should only further establish his place as the Avalanche's top goaltender. We suspect Colorado will go with Giguere again on Saturday as they try and end their losing streak before they fall too far behind in the playoff race.
