Jean-Sebastien Giguere (groin) is healthy enough to play with the Avalanche. Colorado has already reassigned third string goaltender Cedrick Desjardins to the minors. However, Giguere will serve as the backup netminder on Wednesday as the Avalanche attempt to ease him into the lineup.
